Which is something that eludes the casual listener. This use of metaphor is misleading and hides the deeper message and truth of the song. Many people like myself \u00a0have been thrown off track by the term 50 on the clip, which instantly, conjures up images of guns and bullet. Well as I will show you guns and bullet could not be further from the truth.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000;\">5 elements\u00a0conscious hip hop workout<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The first element is &#8220;power&#8221;, Symbolized by 10 push up on the fist.<\/li>\n<li>The second element represent &#8220;inner strength&#8221; Symbolized by 10 push ups on the finger tips.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The third element is &#8220;justice&#8221; Symbolized by 10 push up on the on the wrist (may be abit hard, so it on your knees or do 10 army push up, palm on the floor push up and clap<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The fourth element is &#8220;wealth\u201d Symbolized by 10 pushes up with the hands connect in the shape of a diamond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The fifth element is &#8220;support&#8221; Symbolized by 10 push ups with palms on the floor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000;\">M1 Dead prez, 5 elements\u00a0conscious hip hop Affirmation mind body spirit<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>This work out also has affirmative advantage&#8217;s this is where the juice is. 5 elements routine acts as a great Practical affirmation, communicating your intent and desire&#8217;s to the deeper levels of the mind, which is referred to as the subconscious mind by popular culture.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">The first element Power<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Use your emotions and higher intelligence to feel the 5 element workout, let your desire embody meaning and expression of the 5 elements to push you to completion. Completion is 10 sets of each element or as M1 say&#8217;s 50 on the clip.<\/p>\n<p>Hold you intent for greater Personal Power in the minds eye. Visualize your self exercising personal discipline and Personal Power see yourself Conquering, Overcoming all your Limitations, Growing Stronger and Stronger everyday see your self bossing up &#8211; like M1 said Power&#8221; is realizing your strength.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">The second element is inner strength<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>See yourself in full control over your inner resources, your emotions, intellect, see your full mind under you control, see the full resources of your being serving you for your highest good, see\/feel yourself living the discipline that will carry you forward in life.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;There is a powerful driving force inside every human being that once unleashed can make any vision, dream or desire a reality&#8221; Anthony Robbins<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Third element is &#8220;justice <\/span><\/h3>\n<p>See your self being skilled and knowledgeable about things that influence your health, wealth, and happiness, learning never stops, see your self as a continual learner, see your self as an empowered person within your sphere of influence, see your positive influence growing, calm you justice with your self discipline. What discipline can you develop in order to elevate yourself to the next leave, what principles, protocols, codes, rules and regulations do you need to know.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">The fourth element wealth<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Boss up, Boss up your wealth consciousness. See yourself living with an empire state of mind. M1 say&#8217;s boss up your economic value. Feel and visualise wealth and abundance in your life as your digging deep with 40 on the clip and seeing the people you share your life with living abundantly. Feel and see yourself living the life you desire, this will develop your wealth consciousness, it\u2019s all about the law of attraction, and let me add that m1 said this long before the law of attraction hype and the secret.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>&#8220;Money is only the visible effect that shows what is going on in your mind. T<\/em><em>he richer, stronger, clearer your thoughts, the greater your supply of currency. Money doesn&#8217;t only show up as dollar bills or coins. It can be People you can call on, resources you can draw from, such as your thoughts and attitude, these things are also money.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong> What you yield in your physical life is a result of how you THINK. You are your own money. Money is my own natural energy field. Your thoughts, words, feelings and actions determine your own wealth. The quickest way to make money appear is to love yourself, respect yourself, put yourself to work. I am money. See and feel it forming stronger and stronger. <strong>Be that positive support for the people around you<\/strong>, positive support feeds and breads more positive support, remember&#8230; me for you, you for me. Keep it positive and supportive invite positivity into your life and be that person for other people too. Will Smith said he believes that he is here to make the world better, I agree\u00a0 with\u00a0Will&#8217;s semtiments, we need more people to demonstrate this attitude to life and work.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Conscious hip hop<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Let me say\u00a0that this is what real Hip hop\/Rap is,\u00a0its some times\u00a0controversial\u00a0but the aim is to,\u00a0inform, uplift edutain -which \u00a0lead&#8217;s to better social cohesion and a more\u00a0enlightened society.
