Its all about the 3 Ds a \u00a0Today \u00a0discipline, detox, delight.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Plan, To Start the day with a dry fast.<\/strong> That means no food or water, my last meal I eat was at 17.00 yesterday and I had glass of water during the night about \u00a022.00.\u00a0I broke fast at 15.00 with raw juice and a three bean salad aubergine peppers mushrooms tomatoes cucumber lettuce Jamaican pattie. For a treat I\u2019ll be indulging in a delicious, month watering apple pies &#8211; that will\u00a0to appease my belly monster\u00a0 :0<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Inner conflict, To do or not to do<\/strong>. One part of me says Frik the three Ds, Frik discipline, frik detox, let\u2019s just keep the delights\u00a0&#8211; Should I fast or not\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>This is the topic of my inner conversation, and subject of my inner conflict,\u00a0The two angels of reason are at it again. On one shoulder, I have the progressive\u00a0angel\u00a0of good conscience on the other shoulder I have the angel of temptation.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Angel of good conscience<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>This Angel, Mr Goody two shoes, always knows what&#8217;s right, for the moment and the future. He tells me to meditate, read a book rather then watch movies, He reminds me that I have a beautiful family at home and chasing skirts is meaning less. Mr Goodies two shoes says things like make your work your play and your play your work.<\/p>\n<p>This angel defends my goals and represents my values; He always looks deep acts long term. Some times I find him as boring as hell, but he\u2019s always got my back\u2026 \u00a0This angel represents my conscious.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Devil representing temptation.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>This guy can be soo much fun, this guys has giving me a warehouse great, pleasurable memories, but he needs to be kept on a sort leash, under the supervision of my Angel conscious.This little devil feeds my most basic biological needs and desires. I shouldn\u2019t really call him a devil he\u2019s just looking out for my primal needs, food, sex, relation, my defence and protection. This guy likes to keep things the same, he can be a little ignorant or egotistical, he has a vested interest in the past, which you can call the comfort zone.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Why detox<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The voice of reason says its a bit about discipline, health, its a bit about focus, its a bit about will power, it a bit about control, detoxing, its a bit about mr goodie two shoes getting revenge, I should really say balancing the scale&#8217;s as an atonement for the beef we eat last night and the 4 spicy chilli and lime sausages, I had the day before that.
